We are excited to invite applications for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst - Power BI Specialist to join our Global Procurement team. Reporting to the quantitative team AAA (Advanced Analytics & Automation), this role focuses on developing Power BI reports leveraging various sources and platforms. These reports will drive procurement and risk-based analysis, actionable insights, and automate reporting solutions across different teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in Power BI, creating visually appealing and interactive risk reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize advanced Power BI features to develop insightful visualizations and data-driven storytelling.
  • Support Global Procurement with data-driven risk reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for report automation, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams in Risk, Compliance, and Actuarial areas to identify reporting requirements and automate reporting solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data-driven reporting, automation, and visualization.
  • Work with the quantitative team to enhance machine learning applications, advanced analytics, risk modeling, and robotic process automation projects.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement robust data models for advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Understand Ariba data and other relevant systems.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power BI with experience in designing visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, C++, etc.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in data modeling, data management, and data governance.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and reporting platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a quantitative role within the financial industry, specializing in advanced analytics, RPA, machine learning, and risk modeling.
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within established timelines.
  • Knowledge of procurement, financial markets, and industry regulations is a plus.

A competitive salary package between $61,900 - $114,500 annually is offered. This does not include other variable compensation components such as annual bonus and commission. Your recruiter will provide additional details of our total rewards program if you move forward in the recruitment process.
