Job Description

Join our Data department inside R&D and assist us in shaping the product decisions and processes of TeamViewer with the aid of data. Act as a go-between for development and internal stakeholders, which will give you an opportunity to contribute to our Operational Analytics function and assist the business in deriving value from our analytics data.

  • Maintain and enhance data applications that help optimize our TeamViewer products
  • Engage with stakeholders and users of our data products by understanding their issues and supporting their needs
  • Discover new methods to use our analytical data operationally
  • Construct warehouses and assist product analytics in creating their KPIs
  • Revamp flow and processes in the data warehouse to handle large amounts of data from a product used by millions worldwide

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or equivalent experience related to data
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional data experience
  • Excellent SQL skills are necessary
  • Showcase of experience in various data handling & analysis projects
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools is preferred: Git, DBT or BigQuery
  • High motivation to solve complex problems and ability to step out of your comfort zone in close collaboration with other team members
  • Goal-oriented and keen to make a significant difference to the business
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders with data knowledge and without
  • Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
