Job Description

The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is a customer-centric innovation team. We develop intelligent software and user-friendly experiences using existing and new technologies to deliver top-quality work experiences for our customers. We consist of researchers, applied scientists, engineers and product managers and our mission is primarily to drive AI-powered workflows and solutions.

As part of the Core LLM Team, we develop and enhance AI-based solutions and collaborate with various teams in developing products and complete AI-empowered work experiences. We also lay the groundwork for future work experiences by experimenting, studying, and mitigating the risks of AI technologies.

We expect our applied research scientists/engineers to come up with creative and cost-effective solutions to critical problems, produce high-quality codes, and collaborate with product managers, machine learning engineers, and quality engineers for market launch.
