The Role: As a Senior Applied Scientist within Moloco Commerce Media (MCM), you'll leverage cutting-edge AI to enhance ad delivery systems using our robust first-party data. This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing success and growth of MCM, a product at the forefront of Moloco’s offerings. You will focus on optimizing various components of our ad-tech stack such as ranking, retrieval, and auction/bidding processes.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough analyses to influence R&D, helping mold the future of our sophisticated bidding systems through actionable insights.
• Implement advanced optimization strategies to enhance ad delivery, balancing ROI and revenue effectively.
• Establish accurate metrics, guide product ramps, and use domain expertise to improve performance monitoring across our complex ads ecosystem.
• Enhance machine learning models by improving data quality and deriving profound insights through advanced statistical methods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects, and pulling insightful recommendations from large datasets.
• Strong background in statistics and experimental design, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, adept in translating complex analytical results into strategic business outcomes.
• 6+ years of industry or relevant postgraduate experience, or an advanced degree in a quantitative field with at least 4 years of professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

For U.S. residents, we offer a base salary range of $176,000—$240,000, alongside a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
