Job Summary

The Client Services BI & Analytics team at Visa is dedicated to fostering an environment where data curiosity is encouraged and made easy through effective governance and robust analysis of operational data. Located within the Client Services Global Business Operations, our team supports all levels, from C-Suite executives to front-line staff, with insightful, data-driven decision-making tools.

We are currently seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to lead the integration of artificial intelligence within our Client Services operations. This remote position offers the opportunity to significantly enhance service quality and innovation through cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of transformative AI solutions in areas like data extraction, process automation, and sentiment analysis.
- Implement and refine generative AI models to revolutionize service delivery.
- Establish MLOps best practices ensuring scalable, secure AI application across operations.
- Continuously optimize AI models in response to stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless delivery of AI innovations.
- Mentor and develop junior AI engineers and analysts, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree; or 2+ years with PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

- Comprehensive experience in developing and deploying generative AI solutions.
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and familiar with MLOps practices.
- Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and advanced AI techniques.
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Information

Work Hours and Travel: This position is flexible but may require travel up to 10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This remote role requires standard physical demands of a office environment.
Salary Range: $129,200 to $234,250 USD per year, plus potential bonuses and equity.
Location: Remote, U.S. (occasional visits to Visa office may be required)
