Job Description - Understands business needs and has an in-depth grasp of Tesco processes - Accountable for the high quality and timely completion of specified reporting & dashboard duties - Understands the end to end process of generating reports - Understands the underlying data sources - Implements any change request received from partners - Develops user manuals for reporting procedures and associated process changes - Handles new report development requests - Leads the transformation of reports into new age tools and technologies - Provides solutions to issues relating to report development and delivery - Maintains a log of issues, risks and mitigation plans - Identifies operational improvements and applies solutions and automation using Python, Alteryx - Enhances and Develops Daily, Weekly and Periodic reports and dashboards using Advanced excel, Advanced SQL, Hadoop, Teradata - Partners with stakeholders to identify problems, brainstorm on the optimal reporting solution, and delivers solutions in the form of intelligent business reports/dashboards (Tableau, BI) - Follows our Business Code of Conduct and always acts with integrity and due diligence. Qualifications - Advanced Excel - Strong Verbal and Written Communication - Advanced SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Python, Spark - Automation platforms Alteryx/Python - Advanced developer knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI - Logical Reasoning - Attention to detail - Any Graduate - 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics delivery in any one of the domains like retail, CPG, telecom or hospitality and for one of the following functional areas - marketing, supply chain, customer, merchandising, operations, finance or digital preferred.
