Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Keep management updated: You should be able to articulate issues and solutions effectively with excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to write reports and manuals. You should also be comfortable speaking to groups of both business and IT personnel
• Impact the bottom line: Problem identification and solution proposal for various circumstances, which would require analytical, evaluative, or constructive thinking in daily work and for assigned programs and projects
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Set and implement procedures as required. Systems should also be documented through object models, data definitions, and naming conventions
• Strengthen relationships: Maintain an open line of communication with clients and team members, to understand needs, address issues, and meet expectations
• Take the lead: Develop and present ideas and guide the team. Apply creative and conceptual thinking towards possible solutions or alternatives

We are looking for a front-end web and mobile app developer to join our team. This role will require you to be responsible for our website's user interface and mobile app. You should have a good understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and basic UI/UX design principles. Your tasks will include transforming wireframes and mock-ups into reusable code and building high-quality UI components with scalability in mind. You will also implement new features, manage plugin integration, and perform routine maintenance and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities

Building web applications following best practices

Designing mobile-app features

Delivering high-quality graphics and visual elements

Gathering feedback from users and customers

Transforming app designs into front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Having experience with Angular 10+

Working with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases

Collecting and refining specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design

Debugging errors, troubleshooting issues, and regular performance optimizations

Implementing on-site search engine optimization (SEO)

Writing high-quality, scalable, and reusable code

Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Consistently adhering to our brand guidelines
