About the Role: Senior Associate, Data and Analytics

We are seeking a passionate Sr. Analyst to enhance our Customer Experience platforms through cutting-edge analytics. This role involves taking charge of the analytics lifecycle—from data collection and analysis to delivering actionable insights to our clients. You will work closely with dynamic teams to drive transformative health support solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing integrated marketing dashboards, managing comprehensive data sets from various sources, and serving as a data subject matter expert. This position requires a blend of technical prowess and client-facing skills, with a strong focus on deriving meaningful insights that address business and marketing challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate disruptive customer insights.
  • Own the delivery cycle of analytics outputs, including preparation and presentation.
  • Gather and document business requirements for analytics projects.
  • Ensure the integration and maintenance of data from diverse platforms.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of all analytics processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and familiarity with Adobe Target.
  • At least 2 years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, DOMO, or Google Looker.
  • Strong analytical skills and adept at standard data analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English with competent communication abilities across various platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, disability coverage, 401k plans, and generous paid time off.
