Join Our Team as a (Senior) Associate, Product Analytics (Business Intelligence)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Analytics (Senior) Associate to enhance the performance of our health products, BruHealth and EVYDence, in Brunei. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to transform data into actionable insights, thereby improving product usage and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive metrics and reports to track and enhance product usage and customer retention.
• Support data analysts and scientists with ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions.
• Understand the needs of Operations and Service Delivery teams, translating their needs into testable hypotheses to drive user adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Create and maintain data models to support business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Document all metrics, processes, and methodologies for future reference and replication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data visualizations and trends.
• Experience with Product Operations/Business Intelligence/Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Proficiency in programming and data analytics/data science (e.g., Python, R, SAS) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product operations or business intelligence; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in the healthcare or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
