Roles & Responsibilities:-

1.  Test Data Validation:
  ◦  Review and validate data inputs to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.
  ◦  Check for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
  ◦  Identify and rectify data anomalies, missing values, duplicates, and outliers.
  ◦  Implement data cleaning procedures and transform data as required.
  2.  Data Transformation:
  ◦  Validate data transformation processes, including data aggregation, normalization, and conversion.
  ◦  Ensure data is prepared in a format suitable for analysis.
  3.  Maintain Healthy Regression Suite:
  ◦  Create test cases and execute data testing to identify defects and discrepancies.
  ◦  Verify that data processing algorithms and workflows generate the expected results.
  ◦  Maintain healthy regression suite to assist in identifying regression bugs.
  4.  Documentation:
  ◦  Maintain comprehensive documentation for data quality procedures and standards.
  ◦  Document issues, resolutions, and any data-related decisions to derive key metrics.
  5.  Performance Monitoring:
  ◦  Monitor the performance of data processing tasks and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  6.  Communication:
  ◦  Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to address data quality issues.
  ◦  Provide regular updates and reports on data quality to project managers and team members.
  7.  Continuous Improvement:
  ◦  Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  ◦  Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  8.  Support:
  ◦  Assist in resolving data-related problems and answer questions from colleagues.
