Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team of exceptional technologists in transforming business operations for our enterprise clients through innovative data solutions. Engage with some of the world's foremost brands and convert their business needs into actionable, transformative solutions that generate insightful, valuable outcomes.

Your Impact:

• Function as a trusted advisor, leveraging data to drive customer acquisition and engagement during extensive digital transformation initiatives.
• Promote the implementation of large-scale data platforms to enable real connections between brands and consumers.
• Translate client needs into advanced technology solutions in data management and analytics.
• Set development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables, and participate in code review processes.
• Mentor and manage team members, guiding them towards delivering excellence.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in data engineering with a solid background in distributed computing and delivering large-scale data platforms.
• Deep technical proficiency with data integration, databases, and big data ecosystems (including ETL, No-SQL, Spark, Airflow).
• Hands-on experience with one of the leading public cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge in data governance and management of big data environments.
• Exceptional consulting, strategy development, and client communication skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications in cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) or advanced analytics.
• Experience with code repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and project requirements.
