What You’ll Do

As a Senior Backend Engineer, AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-driven platforms. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills with a passion for artificial intelligence.

• Develop, build, and maintain advanced backend systems specifically designed for AI applications.
• Enhance existing backend frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and MLOps engineers to integrate machine learning models into production.
• Work across teams to ensure AI systems align with our strategic goals and maintain cutting-edge performance.
• Ensure system robustness with comprehensive monitoring and alert systems.

Who You Are

• Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on AI-driven applications.
• Proficient in NodeJS, microservices architecture, and various large-scale system technologies.
• Experienced with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with solid experience in complex systems integration.

Additional Valued Skills

• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with YouTube APIs and video performance analytics.
• Familiarity with large-scale systems design and distributed computing.
• Active participation in AI and tech communities.

Compensation

In compliance with local law, the estimated salary range for this role in Culver City is $100,000 to $500,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range is part of a broader compensation package that includes bonuses and equity options.
