About Isaac Robotics Platform

NVIDIA’s Isaac Robotics Platform combines high-fidelity visual and physical simulation, a robust developing environment, hundreds of optimized algorithms for computer vision and artificial intelligence, and a powerful computational platform acting as the brain of intelligent machines. Our diverse team of experts from around the globe aims to transform how robots are programmed.

Your Responsibilities

• Scale the AI platform's compute capabilities to enable industrial-grade robotics solutions.
• Design and lead the compute infrastructure for running AI workflows on the platform.
• Automate backend infrastructure management and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with dependent teams to drive project success.
• Manage issues during integration, testing, deployment, and quality assurance phases.

What We Need to See

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2+ years on cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
• Excellent Python programming skills and proficiency in other scripting languages.
• Strong data skills and experience in software design.
• Quick learning ability and proficiency in debugging complex system issues.
• Adaptability to varying roles and responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Ways to Stand Out

• Expertise in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying with cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience maintaining reliability for data center-scale infrastructure.
• Technical ownership in cross-organizational and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Leadership experience in software projects involving four or more engineers.

The base salary range for this position is $148,000 - $276,000, determined by location, experience, and comparable employees’ pay. Additionally, you will be eligible for equity and benefits.
