What Will You Do?

As a Senior BI Analyst, Assistant Vice President, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated reporting processes to support our Finance Organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and data governance standards.
• Create and optimize BI tools like Spotfire, Power BI, and Tableau to develop impactful reports and dashboards.
• Drive discussions on reporting requirements and infrastructure enhancements, proposing solutions that integrate data/tools with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to understand and meet business demands.
• Deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions, maintaining stringent deadlines and fulfilling organizational goals effectively.
• Champion teamwork and foster a collaborative environment across various departments.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of experience in business/reporting analysis.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of BI methodologies, SQL, data warehouse practices, and reporting techniques.
• Proven skills in problem-solving, data organization, and project management within an Agile framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A practical understanding of finance-related products and balance sheet concepts.
