Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be involved in a variety of duties designed to maximize business efficiency through BI solutions:
- Defining user data requirements for BI projects and translating business needs into data specifications.
- Conducting thorough workshops to determine precise data needs and producing detailed documentation.
- Collaborating across technical and functional teams to ensure seamless dashboard implementations and efficient problem-solving.
- Engaging in unit and integration testing while ensuring a traceable connection between requirements and implemented solutions.
- Providing critical support post-rollout and assisting in continuous BI maturity development within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or IT.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar BI Analyst role.
- Proven expertise in BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, Microsoft Analysis Services, etc.
- Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain BI initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
