About the Role
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will:
- Analyze business processes and contribute to defining and creating KPIs.
- Develop reports that offer data-driven insights to aid key business decisions.
- Update existing reports within our new BI solution, ensuring they are up to date technologically.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between our Data Warehouse project team and top management, as well as various departments.
- Guide and oversee the preparation of reports and manage ad-hoc queries from team members.
- Address queries regarding the reports and provide IT support within the Data Warehouse team.
- Communicate with IT infrastructure teams to oversee changes and maintenance of the DWH technical framework.
What You Bring to the Role
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with a high affinity for data processing, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Ability to simplify statistical information for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (Data Factory, Synapse Services etc.)
- Knowledge of AI-driven data and process analysis is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Independent, analytical, structured, and result-oriented work style.
- Excellent time management skills and a high standard of quality.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Reliability, flexibility, and dedication.
- Willingness to travel to other Eurofins locations as needed.
