Job Description

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who loves working collaboratively to overcome significant challenges. Your role will include working intimately with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other internal teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable analytical solutions. You will be hands-on in building business and technical requirements for reporting and analytics solutions using data from IFS's and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex data set analyses to develop scalable data models addressing business problems.
• Design and enhance a BI ecosystem empowering internal customers to self-serve the necessary data at scale—including dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Automate business processes and metrics into visualizations that narrate a story for our senior leadership.
• Define processes, standards, and taxonomies fostering data trust and delivering consistent metrics across the organization.
• Act as a primary point of collaboration between business and technical resources.
• Maintain high quality and reliability of solutions to reduce rework and enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop, document, and deliver effective user training and support.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in solving tangible business problems using data analytics based on complex data structures.
• Proven track record of delivering BI and analytical solutions using tools like SSAS, SSIS, DAX, and Power BI.
• Proficient in writing basic code in SQL, Python, or R for data discovery.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with exceptional skills in data modeling, analysis, and visualization using Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Aha!, or JIRA, and understanding of data governance are a plus.
