Purpose of the Role

As part of our committed D2C segment, this vital role focuses on developing advanced BI solutions that steer crucial business choices for our product and marketing teams. With your expertise, you will be sculpting our data models and crafting bespoke solutions, making you instrumental in leveraging data to shape our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Collaborating extensively with tech and operations to maintain high-quality data.
• Leading as the domain expert for cloud-based data solutions like Snowflake and AWS Aurora.
• Streamlining data processes with the Data Ingestion, Specialist, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Supporting the implementation of the D2C data roadmap and promoting a data-driven culture.
• Handling ad-hoc data analysis requests and refining stakeholder data requirements.
• Developing innovative data visualization and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance aligning with industry standards on data privacy and security.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in BI environment analysis and solution development.
• Strong expertise in data mapping, extraction, cleansing, modeling, and mining.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS, and experience with MS SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between technical and non-technical teams.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a continually evolving environment.
