What You'll Do

As a Senior BI Developer at Nisum, you will:

• Design, build, and deploy innovative BI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance data analytics platforms like Power BI & MicroStrategy.
• Create and manage tools for effective data storage.
• Perform unit and quality testing across various BI projects.
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing BI systems.
• Develop and execute complex database queries and conduct thorough analysis.
• Create impactful visualizations and reports for projects as required.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Identify and communicate data collection issues and report disruptions to business partners.
• Operate independently as a highly motivated self-starter who values detail, quality, and can juggle multiple projects.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an expert-level understanding of BI development within the Azure stack, will drive success in this role.

What You Know

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards with MS Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Proven expertise in handling large datasets from various systems and sources.
• Strong skills in using reporting tools and sourcing data, including SQL and scripting.

Education

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
