Job Title: Senior BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain analytics products and BI solutions for both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts, product managers, R&D, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Implement stringent data quality measures and validation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Provide expert training and support to users to enhance their proficiency with BI tools and reports.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI technologies, continuously innovating and improving existing solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and data transformation.
• Proven ability to optimize and tune queries for maximum performance.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI, with a strong ability to create intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address data issues and technical challenges.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in fintech and online payments is a plus.
