Role Overview

As a Senior BI Developer within our Data Enablement team, you'll be pivotal in advancing our company's data capabilities. Enhance our data stack, develop sophisticated tooling and reporting systems, and uplift the data proficiency across the organization.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Automation and Tooling: Take the lead in developing automations to expedite data processes, integrating technologies like chatbots, Slack, Python, Flask, and various APIs.
• Reporting: Manage and optimize our principal data visualization tools like Tableau, ensuring they are modern, automated, and compliant with GDPR.
• Support and Data Literacy: Act as the primary support contact for our analysts, facilitating the effective use of reporting and visualization tools and educating users to enhance data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or extensive relevant professional experience.
• Professional groundings in Tech, Analytics, or Data sectors.
• Expert proficiency in Python, Flask, APIs, Git, and Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization.
• An analytical thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English is a must.
