About Your Role

As a Senior BI Developer, you'll make significant contributions by partnering directly with the BI Director and various stakeholders. You'll be tasked with delivering high-quality, trusted data solutions efficiently using Power BI. Your role will focus on understanding business demands, refining requirements, ensuring product adoption, and creating impactful data reports that drive our objectives forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maximize data product values.
• Manage and optimize data systems and lead ad-hoc data analysis projects.
• Oversee the implementation of strategic change management to enhance data adoption.

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, a strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, and proficiency in handling complex DAX calculations. Experience with AWS is a plus, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
