Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, design, and implementation of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Analytics (TA) solutions while integrating cognitive components for national and international clients.
• Responsible for requirement analysis, comprehensive evaluation, technical assessment, and cost estimation of solution alternatives, planning, and implementation including testing and training.
• Independently align and present design processes and target architectures at the management level.
• Offer technical guidance to implementation teams and establish development guidelines.
• Manage task and team planning/control within required standards, methods, and tools.
• Document work utilizing stated standards, methods, and tools.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for clients/users.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across execution and management levels, including near- and offshore teams.
• Proactively generate business opportunities and take responsibility for specific activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Transfer knowledge, provide coaching or training both internally at Atos and with clients.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent, with several years of professional experience; alternatively, an IT vocational qualification with extensive work experience.
• Extensive (~5 years) professional and project experience in NLP/TA consulting, design, and implementation of solutions.
• Practical experience with NLP/AI tools based on Python (e.g., NLTK, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, Gensim, scikit-learn) or in Cloud environments (Google NL API, Microsoft Cognitive Services, or AWS Text Analytics API).
• Knowledge of topics like transformers, knowledge graphs, text mining methods, and operationalizing AI models.
• Basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and/or chat/voice bots is advantageous.
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Energy, Electronics, or Healthcare, with an understanding of business processes and economic relationships.
• First experiences in project management and technical team guidance.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong result orientation, teamwork capability, holistic and networked thinking.
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, responsible action, and high customer orientation with willingness to travel within Germany.
