Key Responsibilities

You will act as a cornerstone by facilitating the connection between business operations and technical teams. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to document and prioritize business needs.
• Designing sophisticated business process models and workflows.
• Leading project management efforts across various teams to deploy business solutions.
• Ensuring the effective use and integration of applications such as ChatGPT, SharePoint, Azure, and more.
• Driving continuous improvements in our enterprise data handling and processing.

Organizational Structure

Our Information Technology Group is structured to enhance efficiency across all business processes at Blue Yonder. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team located in Hyderabad, Scottsdale, AZ, and Waukesha, WI, working closely with developers and support teams to advance our technological roadmap.

Current Technical Environment

We utilize a range of applications and frameworks including SharePoint, Power Apps, ChatGPT, Azure Data Factory, Agile methodologies, and more, ensuring you are always at the forefront of technology.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in technical documentation.
• Experience with data modeling, SAAS platforms, and enterprise application integration.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP are preferred.

Salary & Application Details

Salary Range: $79,615.38 - $100,384.61, based on experience and location. Eligibility for annual performance bonuses or commission programs.
