About the opportunity
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will have the chance to use your analytical storytelling skills to reveal meaning, insights, opportunities and ideas from campaign data. This role will allow you to not only refine your analytical and strategic thinking skills, but also become a valuable partner to our client. Your main tasks will focus on regional performance, collaborating with other analysts, and working cross-functionally to provide clear insights into the performance of various marketing channels. You will provide actionable and important information to our senior-level clients, cutting through the noise of data.
Being able to think quickly, adapt to changing circumstances and confidently explore uncharted territories will be your biggest asset in this role, along with a strong analytical skill set and comprehensive knowledge of various marketing channels.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to enhance marketing strategies and revenue and guide stakeholder decision-making.
- Analyze information to generate insights and recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Present information and insights to senior clients, create dashboards to evaluate the impact of acquisition strategies using Google Ads and other data sources.
- Develop creative strategic and analytical approaches to novel or ambiguous challenges, thinking on your feet.
- Work on the development of automation tools such as digital tracking upload and alerts dashboard, data forecasts and modeling.
Background & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or any related field in analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, quantitative finance, risk modeling or similar quantitative work.
- Robust technical skills including SQL (BigQuery), advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Javascript, R, Python is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to compellingly present results of analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of digital marketing such as ads and relevant metrics.
- Ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients.
- Ability to strategically think, execute efficiently, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- ProACTIVE with excellent time and project management skills, and high attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for developing new products and businesses.
- Ability to quickly learn IT systems to extract and prepare datasets required for analytics.
- Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and actions.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen, with ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
- Passion for analyzing users behavior and market dynamics.
- Advanced/fluent command of the English language (will be tested during the application process).
