Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Advanced Excel, VBA) - Career Opportunity at Diebold Nixdorf

Leverage your software and services expertise to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical business decisions. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Diebold Nixdorf, you'll collect, integrate, analyze, and present information from both internal and external sources, developing insightful historical, current, and predictive views of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult supported functions (e.g., CDMs, Field Service) on using the right KPIs to identify business opportunities and challenges and develop associated information needs.
• Manage and execute medium-sized reporting projects including:
  • Creation of technical and functional specifications associated with data architecture and data design
  • Data gathering, modeling, and manipulation
  • Data set creation
  • Validation and testing
  • Communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the Database Administration team to design tables, queries, and packages to obtain information from and send information to various databases.
• Design, develop, and implement dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
• Monitor report and data availability, proactively communicating with clients regarding delays and issues.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in business English (written and spoken).
