What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Enpal, you will:

• Master the operations process to transition households to renewable energy and drive continuous improvement by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the development of a data-driven operations team, utilizing tools like Tableau and our data warehouse for daily decision-making.
• Support the design and launch phases of our digital and physical products to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize your project backlog, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Engage with our community of data and BI experts to leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for strategic insights.
• Identify and seize opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic and ambitious company.

What You’ll Bring

Your qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of experience in BI or Data Analysis, with proficiency in SQL, dbt, and GIT.
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau, and familiarity with visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis, such as using pandas.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities, offering data-driven guidance and recommendations.
• A passionate drive to thrive in a startup environment and advance the global transition to renewable energy.
