Job Description

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst II at Olympus will play a crucial role in leading the development, administration, and enhancement of Hyperion EPM applications for financial reporting and budget forecasting. The role encompasses maintaining system reliability for continued business growth, collaborating cross-functionally to meet reporting needs, and driving process improvements to augment decision-making capabilities throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and maintain the performance of Hyperion EPM systems in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Develop complex technical solutions to advance system functionalities beyond maintenance.
  • Leverage your expertise in financial consolidation principles to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain, update, and train others on financial systems including Oracle and SAP, ensuring all subsystems interface correctly with financial reports.
  • Assist in the development and adherence to policies that are compliant with fiscal regulations.
  • Support the financial consolidation for Olympus at various reporting intervals.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 8 years experience in Hyperion tools. Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills are essential.

Preferred: Proficiency in Hyperion version 11.2.x and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are highly desirable.
