About the Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Support senior team members by gathering and analyzing data to tackle a variety of business challenges, both structured and unstructured.
• Create compelling reports and visualizations that reveal insights about our distribution channels.
• Integrate internal and external data sources for comprehensive analysis, collaborating closely with IT partners and data providers to optimize intelligence gathering.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to incorporate relevant information that influences predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Develop and communicate actionable insights to both analytical and non-analytical stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Upgraded your analytic software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Alteryx, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytics role, building KPIs, dashboards, and uncovering trends.

Compensation and Benefits

Located in Southern California, this position offers a base salary range of $103,977 to $166,363. Capital Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including an individual annual performance bonus, profitability bonus, and a generous retirement plan matching 15% of eligible earnings.
