GoFundMe is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Insights team. As an integral part of the team's Business Intelligence initiative, you will help build scalable reporting to answer some of the company's most critical questions, optimize, develop and implement workflows, and ultimately bring about change and improve efficiency across the company.

- Have 3+ years of experience in analyzing data, extracting valuable insights, and creating impactful visualizations to support data-informed decision making across various business domains.
- Are proficient in SQL, writing complex queries, manipulating large datasets, and troubleshooting issues within a relational database.
- Have a basic understanding of processes and familiarity with recommended best practices.
- Have experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, and/or Thoughtspot.
- Can collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, foster effective communication, and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Have expertise in building custom dashboards or reports and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Have experience managing data governance policies and a high level of curiosity to proactively address incoming data requests.
- Have a basic understanding of best practices when it comes to data visualization, data governance, and scalable reporting.
What you'll do…
- Build compelling and efficient dashboards, reports, etc.
- Turn metrics into production and optimize reporting using SQL, Airflow, and Looker.
- Collect reporting and KPI requirements from stakeholders at different levels and with varying degrees of technical/data expertise.
- Participate in the development of the Business Intelligence roadmap and reporting infrastructure.
- Mentor less experienced business intelligence analysts.

The total annual for this full-time position is between $115,000 - $155,000, plus equity and benefits. As this is a remote role, the salary range was set by considering the role, level, and potential location across the US. Individual pay is determined by the job's location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
