About This Role

As part of the JLL Technologies Team, you will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and decision-making processes across various business units. You will take on challenges that include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive analyses of business processes, procedures, and systems while recommending and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
• Develop functional specifications and project plans, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to manage large data sets, prepare reports, and deliver presentations that influence strategic decisions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and systems are seamlessly integrated.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support to optimize business systems and processes.

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates eager to fulfill this role should possess:

• At least 8-10 years of pertinent professional experience.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields from an esteemed university.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills, particularly in SQL, ETL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and complex project teams.

Location
