About the Role: Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

The Business Intelligence Specialist plays a pivotal role within our Investments Data Team. In this impactful position, you will transform the way our Investments Function leverages reporting, insights, and analysis using Power BI. Your tasks include designing, developing, and supporting advanced reports, as well as deploying and optimizing Power BI across the organisation to foster a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support complex reports and dashboards that provide insightful investment analytics.
• Implement and share best practices in Power BI modeling throughout the company.
• Work closely with business teams and product owners to gather requirements and deliver tailored dashboards.
• Automate data processes end-to-end for robust and scalable solutions in Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on implementing technical specifications in the data repository.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in investments or asset management and extensive experience with Power BI. Your ability to understand and present complex data in an impactful manner will be crucial in this role. Strong communication skills and a passion for data and technology are essential to guide and uplift our business teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar Business Intelligence role.
• Deep understanding of Power BI and its best practices in design.
• Experience in agile environments and with other BI tools like Tableau is preferred.
• Familiarity with Funds, Accounting, and Investment books of records.
