As a pivotal advisor and execution partner for our senior leadership, your role will involve significantly shaping and directing crucial business process activities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will involve:

• Leading the execution and ongoing enhancement of operational and planning actions, which includes setting up, tracking and monitoring OKRs and metrics.
• Actively seeking out and designing strategies for operational improvements and synergies.
• Driving robust business and commercial outcomes by guiding capital allocations to high-priority areas in a data-driven manner.
• Guiding your division and teams in prioritizing, measuring, and reporting on essential metrics in collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team and the relevant finance business partners.
• Providing mentorship and coaching within the team to foster a collaborative and engaged culture.

In the AI domain, you'll:

• Ensure the visibility of various workstreams and maintain the operational engagement model.
• Be specifically accountable for cultivating impactful relationships as an operational advisor working with senior leadership, enhanching domain-specific knowledge and supporting special projects with senior leaders.

Desired Experience and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• More than 8 years of experience in operations, product, or strategy roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• A deep understanding of technology, AI, and the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence at various levels, ideally with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
• Knowledge of modern delivery principles and practices would be beneficial.
