Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment Scheduler and Systems Analyst at HII-Mission Technologies. This role demands senior programmatic, operational, and technical expertise to support the DoD Executive Agent (EA) for DoD’s Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Combined Joint All-Domain Command & Control (CJADC2) Operations Office within SAF/AAIC and related offices.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure
- Create an Agile methodology IMS by coordinating with technical team leads to determine critical tasks, contractual milestones, and interdependencies across the program
- Advise Project Control and Engineering team on detailed project planning and scope development for engineering and infrastructure projects
- Create realistic master schedule critical paths for project, program, and contractual milestones
- Generate graphic schedule representations for briefings and integrate schedule data into automated division schedule reporting tools
- Prepare and maintain project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules
- Conduct weekly IMS reviews with the program team
- Produce scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables reviewed at Program Management meetings
- Manage MPE-related data and product collection, analysis, and dissemination
- Prepare C5ISR/MPE/JADC2-related analytical products and briefings
- Support MPE Risk Management processes
- Manage knowledge related to MPE data/products
Minimum Qualifications
- 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or Business); 13 years with a Master’s; 10 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a High School Diploma or equivalent plus 19 years of relevant experience
- US Citizenship
- An Active Secret Clearance or Secret Eligible
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in DoD Contracting environment
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Experience in large-scale development projects
- Familiarity with the capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of US Defense Combatant Commands (CCMD), CCMD Joint Intelligence Operation Centers, and coalition interoperability
- Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data-sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
