We are responsible for selecting, providing, operating, and developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. Our goal is to optimally support departments through IT solutions, capturing their requirements in consultations and developing powerful IT solutions together.

Your Role

As a Senior Cloud Database Engineer, you will:

• Continue developing our database service, STACKIT Redis Flex, with your team members.
• Maintain and enhance this environment by adding new components to improve user experience.
• Support the establishment of additional database services on our cloud platform.
• Manage various technical systems for the provisioning of the cloud environment.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain our system landscape, including container orchestration, operators, monitoring & alerting, logging.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has substantial experience with Redis databases and Redis clustering solutions.
• Is experienced with Kubernetes and has a passion for new technologies around Linux, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
• Enjoys being part of an international team and communicates effectively in both German and English.
