Senior Consultant - Data & Process Analytics at Celonis

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will spearhead agile projects to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and support Celonis’ global expansion. You will identify our customers' strategic priorities and lead your project team in developing data-driven process insights using SQL, creating complex data models to provide maximum value. You will become proficient in various company processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. You'll also leverage the latest features of Celonis software, including Process Analytics, Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

The Work You’ll Do

• Lead and drive the implementation process, delivering exceptional service to ensure optimal solutions for our customers using Celonis technology.
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining for transparent and automated processes.
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes, suggesting approaches to overcome them.
• Quantify business and financial potential and present the most relevant KPIs to management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies.
• Set the foundation for long-term customer success by mapping the path to value.

The Qualifications You Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management or other back-office processes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• A dedicated and visionary approach with a desire to drive Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.
• Successful completion of studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
