We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Consultant, Data Quality to join our thriving Risk Business Intelligence Office (RBIO) at CIBC. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in reporting and data analysis, along with a solid understanding of Risk Management, to elevate our business intelligence capabilities in the risk domain.
You will be responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly retail credit risk reporting to key stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Your role also involves orchestrating the development and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with teams in Product, Finance, Risk, and Technology.

Leadership: As a champion of trust and collaboration, you will foster strong relationships within the RBIO and across partner teams, steering complex projects and initiatives to successful completion.
Data Quality: With a critical eye for detail, you ensure high standards of data quality, understanding the significant impact it has on our reporting and decision-making processes.
Business and Data Analysis: Your expertise in SQL will be crucial as you work closely with stakeholders to manage, analyze, and report on retail risk data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Projects & Testing: You will manage end-to-end testing activities, address potential project risks, and maintain active communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
You are a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience in data warehousing, data analysis, and business intelligence tools such as Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI. A background in retail credit risk reporting and an educational foundation in Business, Finance, or Risk Management will be advantageous.
