Qualifications

Your Role:

The objective of the Senior Consultant, Data Strategy role is to collaborate with customers undergoing data-driven advancements globally. The Senior Associate, Data Strategy will significantly contribute to accelerating and driving the Data-Driven Transformation strategy for clients in partnership with Digital directors, client teams, and practice capability. Besides, this role is vital in ensuring the agency is at the forefront of thought-leadership in digital design, execution, and customer value delivery via data-driven solutions. Specifically, this role contributes significantly to the definition of data-driven learning agendas, technology adoption use cases, data strategy, partner evaluation assistance, selection, integration, and final activation on client accounts. The role entails both strategic and executory work, being inherently crucial in the implementation of data-driven marketing solutions.

Job requirements include: Influence the definition of digital, data and technology learning goals Ensure alignment between data strategy and measurement frameworks, and be instrumental in securing client agreement Collaborate with strategists, clients, strategy and digital directors to devise an audience framework and data strategy for each brand and the overall brand portfolio, leveraging relevant data partners, publishers, and a first-party data ecosystem Expand the use of DMP and CDP in data-driven use cases, application in campaigns, and propagate strategy connectivity to a broader array of datasets, especially 1P and 2P data Assist in the development of technology-based platforms and applications as a data strategist alongside Publicis Sapient data & tech talent as well as agency partners Define and assist in the implementation, measurement, and activation of data-driven use cases Be a reliable technology partner to the client, ensuring alignment of technology elements, supporting any necessary changes, and suggesting proactive changes to enhance data flow, reduce data loss, and improve data match rates Collaborate with planners to guide how data can inform annual planning insights and work with the team on how data integration transforms the planning process Contribute to the evolution of data education programs for both internal and external audiences Support and contribute to the media partnership strategy based on data strategy needs Play a vital role in a testing program continually experimenting with new vendors and partners to improve data and technology delivery Assist in implementing a data-driven marketing program approach across agencies, supporting digital directors in formulating data strategies for their client, determining best practice approaches, and educating planning teams Aid data-driven thought leadership agenda for media partners Help continuously embed new data-driven methodologies and case studies into our Human Experience Planning framework and agency resources Back new business pitches and prototype development Qualifications Strong understanding of data and data-driven marketing, can interpret client business/technical needs, and assist in transforming these into clearly articulated, parceled up learning agendas and strategies to expedite data and technology support maximization of client business results. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, SiteSpect. Extensive knowledge of data types, sources, partners, and quality determination criteria; expertise in data use in a media and non-media context for activation, measurement, and strategic applications Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts and distill them to their core ideas, themes, insights, and recommendations Develop innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies, communication plans, and integrated solutions. Significant contribution to a learning culture concerning digital tools, case studies, new partners, and techniques. Strong sense of ownership, drive, and initiative Ability to participate within a team of activation and content creators to develop an initial response to briefs and lend a hand to refine it Strong team player with a yes-we-can attitude and a knack for simplifying things and going into detail when necessary Indomitable appetite for learning and expanding/broadening skill set and knowledge as needed

Additional Information

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000

The range shown reflects the ranges widely used at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may vary depending on location and specific skill set required for the work involved.
