Celonis Services is a strategic unit focused on the technical journey of our customers. We offer Consulting Services, Academy training, and Customer Support. As thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, we deliver Celonis implementations, drive product adoption, and integrate best practices, delivery experience, and award-winning enablement and support.

The Role

As a Senior Services Consultant, you will be a key member of our agile project teams, accelerating digital transformation and expanding Celonis internationally. Collaborating closely with customers, you will perform data transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases. Additionally, you will provide data-driven process insights and implement the newest Celonis features such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

The Work You’ll Do

Discover

• Be a crucial part of our Celonis implementation project teams, delivering solutions that meet customer needs and resolve pain points.
• Design innovative analyses and execution apps with a focus on Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining for increased process transparency.
• Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand root causes through close customer collaboration.

Enhance

• Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies.
• Quantify business and financial potential and present insights to management.
• Implement Celonis’ Process Automation technology to optimize customer processes, increase value, and enhance process conformance rates.

Monitor

• Implement KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement.
• Ensure customer enablement to continuously improve processes.
• Set the foundations for a long-term customer success journey.

About You

You are passionate about customer value, enthusiastic about advancing Celonis Process Mining Technology, and possess a visionary mindset. You embrace a growth mindset, seeking opportunities to constantly expand your knowledge and think creatively.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for understanding and interpreting business processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharma industries is preferred.

Note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. The base salary range for this role in New York is $115,000—$150,000 USD based on a Full-Time Schedule. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). The actual offer will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
