KPMG is searching for a dedicated, independent Data Analyst to assist the marketing sector of the company.

This position will center on reporting all aspects of marketing performance as well as promoting data governance and optimum practices.

Your Opportunity

As part of the Marketing Operations team within Client Experience & Brand, this position will play a pivotal role in executing the data strategy for Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include reporting on marketing campaigns and CRM across the team. You will cooperate with SMEs to develop and maintain your understanding of modifications to the digital marketing environment, incorporating these into the reports. You will team up with the Services & Industry Marketing heads to fulfill reporting needs by providing evidence to support the discussions they have with KPMG Partners and other business leaders. You will also work alongside the broader CX&B team to put into practice reporting best practices.

How are you extraordinary?

You are an authority in the Data & Analytics field with a solid comprehension of all data analytics principles including data quality, data governance, data integration, data architecture, documentation, visualization, and particularly data-driven decision making.

You have formally studied Business Analytics or Data Analytics and have work experience in the digital marketing field.

  • Previous report building (in Excel & Power BI) experience.
  • Ability to maintain a reporting schedule (monthly, quarterly, annually) and adhere to deadlines.
  • Expertise in understanding the digital media landscape of an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate expertise in translating requirements between the two.
  • Ability to take responsibility for the team's data architecture.
  • Propensity to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to data and reporting problems.
  • Comfortable and driven working in a cooperative matrix environment.
  • A degree in Business Analytics or Data Analytics is preferred.
  • Work experience in Marketing Analytics or Digital Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a bonus.
