Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in Data Science, you will take part in transformation projects at our client organizations. Your role on these engagements will involve executing project assignments related to modeling and digital transformation (business/IT analysis and part-coding) tasks, with significant business perspectives:

• Machine learning, AI, and statistics: development of predictive decision-making models (supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, quantitative diagnosis, etc.)
• Operational research: assistance in the design and implementation of constraint optimization solutions and simulation models
• Big Data: algorithmic expertise for large and unstructured data processing

You will have the chance to actively participate in Sia Partners’ internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our array of services, by interpreting and understanding data science innovation and challenges
• Business development, by defining needs and taking part in our commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• A Master's degree from a university in Civil Engineering (applied mathematics, IT, or similar)
• 2 to 6 years' experience in a consulting role
• Excellent teamwork skills with impressive interpersonal and communication abilities
• A strong interest in data science and related sectors like Energy and Finance
• An analytical mind, capable of exploring options and deriving conclusions
• Dynamic, result-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated
• Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments overseas
