Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Program Manager to lead groundbreaking AI and data projects on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this dynamic role, you will integrate your technical know-how with strategic business objectives to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of sophisticated AI and data-driven projects on GCP, ensuring seamless planning, resourcing, execution, and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, data science, and product management) to establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans that align with technical feasibility, business goals, and budget considerations.
• Efficiently manage project budgets and resources to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Direct the development of data pipelines using tools like Kafka and integrate advanced AI services like Vertex AI and Vertex Gen AI.
• Utilize Kubernetes expertise to ensure that containerized applications run flawlessly on GCP.
• Identify potential project risks and issues early, crafting effective solutions to sustain project momentum.
• Drive continuous project evaluation and adjustments through collaboration with technical teams and data-driven insights.
• Promote a team culture that is collaborative, result-driven, and fosters knowledge sharing.
• Keep abreast of latest AI technology and GCP developments, assessing them for potential project enhancements.
• Document all project-related processes and outcomes for streamlined communication and reference.

• Proficiency in managing data pipelines and scripting with tools such as Kafka and Python.
• Experience in Kubernetes for orchestrating containers and familiarity with AI technologies including Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
