Role Overview: Senior Services Consultant

As a Senior Services Consultant, you will be an essential part of our agile project teams, working closely with our customers to accelerate digital transformation and expand Celonis internationally. From data transformations to business case development, you will deliver data-driven process insights and implement features like Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Discover

• Drive Celonis implementation projects to deliver optimal customer solutions.
• Design and execute analyses and apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining.
• Collaborate with customers to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes using Celonis technology.

Enhance

• Facilitate workshops to align and implement measures that improve process efficiencies.
• Quantify and present business and financial potentials to management.
• Implement Process Automation to streamline processes and enhance conformance rates.

Monitor

• Implement KPIs for customer success and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure ongoing customer enablement for process improvement.
• Lay the foundations for long-term customer success.

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

• Customer-focused with a visionary mindset and passion for driving Celonis Process Mining Technology.
• A growth mindset that thrives on expanding knowledge and creativity.

Essential Qualifications:

• 4-7 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar fields.

Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a quick learner. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and interpret business processes. Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or comparable fields. Security Clearance**
