About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Procurement, managing essential aspects to support our growing Legal department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including sales contracts, inbound procurement vendor contracts, and more.
- Identify contractual risks and offer creative, business-oriented legal advice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring that contractual terms meet business objectives and comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Lead the selection, adoption, and implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in redlining and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracts.
- Strong legal and contract negotiation skills, especially with enterprise customers.
- Smart, independent thinker with an adaptive and flexible mindset.
- Detail-oriented and capable of end-to-end project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk, and provide pragmatic, business-based recommendations to all levels of management.
- Experience working with enterprise-level Sales teams to meet end-of-quarter deadlines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business models and contracting processes.
- Experience implementing and managing a CLM system for a Legal team.
- Knowledge or experience with AI systems and data privacy is a plus.

At Clari, we aim to offer competitive wages and salaries that are fair, equitable, and motivational. Actual compensation packages are based on several unique factors, including work location, skill set, experience, education, and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $157,000, including stock options and company-paid benefits.
