About the Role: Digital Business Improvement Lead

As AECOM’s Digital Business Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the strategic and technical implementation of our Business Improvement teams. This includes Business Analysts, Low Code developers, and UI/UX & data visualization experts. Your role will be part of our Digital Consultancy Service in Europe and India.

Working closely with the Digital Consulting Lead and cross-business teams, you will address our clients' growing needs. You will provide subject matter expertise from strategy development to integration and managed services. Your role includes client engagement and the development of complete analytics solutions involving Data, Analytics, and AI consultancy and advisory.

As the Digital Business Improvement Lead, establishing close relationships with our global IT partners and capabilities teams to define and support strategic direction is crucial.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with key strategic customers, supporting their data journey as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate with the Data Analytics & Engineering Lead and Data Science Lead to ensure smooth customer transitions through different development phases.
• Take ownership, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional quality outputs.
• Exhibit strong team management skills to manage high-performance teams.
• Possess hands-on experience in technical support and development of analytics solutions from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to align IT and business strategic goals, translating strategy into a flexible technical approach.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and coaching technical and non-technical analytics teams.
• Proven influence on non-technical executive stakeholders across the business.
• Expertise in business development, customer acquisition, and retention.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DWH, Data Factory, and SSIS/Analysis Services.
• Familiarity with technologies such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS (Software, Infrastructure, Platforms), SQL Data Storage technology, and Microsoft technologies like DevOps, Windows 10, Office365, and Power Platform.
