Job Description: Senior Data Analyst (Python, SQL)

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing our data management capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing data models, governance processes, and data pipeline development to optimize project financial data centralization and reporting.
• Leading the creation of new analytical reports to support project teams' specific needs.
• Driving data management initiatives by collaborating with the team to implement data mapping, flat file creation, data validation, and process documentation.
• Partnering with the Project Controls team to develop cutting-edge data visualization and strategize overall data handling techniques for clients.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM or related field.
• Expertise in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; capable of creating sophisticated data models.
• Proficient in Data Pipeline development, including ETL and ELT, with significant experience in creating supportive process documentation.
• Demonstrable skills in data visualization—familiarity with Looker Studio is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in data analytics programs such as Python, R, and Google Apps Script.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is beneficial, including familiarity with industry trends and terminology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an accessible manner to stakeholders.
