Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will:

• Identify areas where technology can enhance workflow, provide data clarity, and boost productivity.
• Design and maintain systems to support deliverables, ensuring the quality and documentation of new systems.
• Define technical requirements, database structures, and database environments.
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis of sourcing data to support the Client’s control over negotiated Commercial Models.
• Work with externally available commercial databases to support your role.
• Develop tools to assist other departments in managing cost data from the company’s service providers.
• Offer ongoing training on existing and newly developed databases and systems.
• Communicate directly with other functions and service providers.
• Train and mentor Data Analytics Managers in your expertise.
• Support LEAN processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skillset

Our ideal candidate should possess:

• 5 years of extensive professional experience, including 2-3 years in a related role within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
• Expertise as a VBA Programmer.
• Strong skills in database design and management, specifically SQL.
• A solid understanding of the End-to-End Clinical Research Process.
• Full understanding of clinical trial budget and contract development and oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple data sources into a cohesive platform, delivering essential reports and analyses.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Highly developed written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Preparedness to travel as required.
• Strong customer focus, proactive and self-motivated nature.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
