Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and monitor relevant data from Operations to explore patterns, causes, effects, and trends within the business.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Operations' safety, customer, and delivery performance through innovative data analysis and insights.
• Perform regional and national demand and performance monitoring modeling with advanced analytics tools and techniques.
• Develop and enhance analysis and decision-support tools that align with industry best practices.
• Champion data quality and integrity in Operations and provide coaching and support to regional colleagues involved in data entry or capture.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience working with diverse data sets to extract meaningful business and performance insights.
• Proficiency in standard office software, especially MS Excel, and specialist software such as Power BI.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and responsibility of lead areas, and provide informed analysis, insights, and trend forecasts.
