About the Role: Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead a dynamic team of technologists driving real business outcomes for our high-profile enterprise clients. This role involves transforming client requirements into cutting-edge solutions that integrate seamlessly into their digital transformation journeys.

Your Impact:

• Become a trusted advisor, utilizing data to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
• Advance the deployment of large-scale data platforms, pivotal for connecting brands with consumers and spearheading true business transformation.
• Translate client needs into actionable technological solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by setting and adhering to development standards and participating in code reviews.
• Mentor and lead your team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in data engineering with a background in distributed computing and large-scale data platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics, data science, and business intelligence.
• Experience with public cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of data governance in the big data domain.
• Exceptional client communication skills and the ability to effectively facilitate and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Advanced knowledge and certifications in Machine Learning/Analytics.
• Experience in multi-geographical and distributed delivery within large programs.

Salary Range: $147,000 - $200,000, depending on location and skillset.
