Your Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be a key player in our growing data team. You will work consultatively with other data engineers, business intelligence developers, and insight analysts to deliver impactful, user-centric, and value-enhancing data solutions to business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include developing real-time and batch data pipelines, managing data processes, and partnering with various teams to drive innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable and robust data pipelines to transform raw data into high-value data assets within our enterprise data warehouse.
• Design processes for batch and real-time data ingestion, integration, cleansing, and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data solutions that meet business needs.
• Partner with the Insight and Analytics team to deliver insights that address complex business challenges.

What You Bring

• Experience working at a lead or senior level within a data engineering team.
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex data solutions within a cloud data stack.
• Proven experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience handling large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling.
• Exposure to GCP data solutions (BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Deploy, etc.).
• Familiarity with batch and streaming pipeline technologies.
• Knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL, AWS platform (S3, Athena, Redshift).
• Highly organized and process-driven approach.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about your work.
• Ambitious and driven to excel in challenging environments.
• Team player able to collaborate with multiple business functions.
